Several young Ipswich Town players will be extending their time at Portman Road after the Blues offered them new deals.
Goalkeeper Michael Crowe, along with Monty Patterson, Shane McLoughlin, Chris Smith, James Blanchfield and George Fowler have all had year options on their current contracts taken up by the club.
Promising stopper Crowe has been on the bench for the first-team a couple of times and is capped by Wales at U21 level.
Patterson, a New Zealand international striker who scored on his debut for the All Whites against the USA last October, has spent much of the season on loan at Braintree. He scored two goals in 13 appearances for the Iron, who were relegated from the National League last weekend.
Academy scholars Luke Woolfenden, Conor McKendry and Flynn Downes will also be remaining with Town for another season while Harry Wright, son of former Town keeper Richard, has been offered another year deal.
