IPSWICH Town are one of five Championship clubs who are being linked with a loan move for West Brom striker Ishmael Miller.
Town boss Roy Keane has admitted that he is on the look-out for one more loan player, likely to be a striker, so Miller would fit the bill. He is currently coming back from injury.
The other clubs believed to be interested in Miller are Nottingham Forest, Swansea, Leicester and Middlesbrough.
Meanwhile, Connor Wickham is not in Town’s 18-man squad for tonight’s Carling Cup tie against Northampton. He seems to be the mystery injury victim (from training on Sunday) that Keane referred to during yesterday’s press conference.
