WELSH international Ben Thatcher is set to have his contract paid up and leave Portman Road this week. Just the paperwork needs to be done before this is confirmed.

WELSH international Ben Thatcher is set to have his contract paid up and leave Portman Road this week. Just the paperwork needs to be done before this is confirmed.
His refusal to be based nearer the Blues training ground and a number of injury setbacks have seen him out in the cold this term.
A strong personality like the manager they have been on a collision course, although Thatcher is an engaging and popular figure around the training ground.
