Ed Upson, 18, was the Town hero, netting twice, while Jordan Rhodes continued his fine form with the other. Town were 2-0 up at the break, with goals from Upson and Rhodes within four minutes of each other midway through the first half.
A second Upson effort just after the break meant Town were safely home.
The Blues second string are top of the Pontin's Holidays Football Combination League East Division having won all six of their games so far and look odds-on to defend the title they won last season.
