IT is hoped that Hungarian striker Tamas Priskin, who looks set to join Ipswich today in a 1.7m move from Watford, will be the mythical 20-goal-a season man that clubs so covet.

If he is to hit that mark though, the Hungarian international, 23, will have to double his scoring totals for his short career so far.

The 6ft 1ins, 11-and-a-half stone hitman has scored 21 goals in 87 appearances for the Hornets and on loan at Preston since he signed for Watford in August 2006.

The links above offer some insight into his career outside of the UK, as well as a beautiful chipped finish in a cup game against Chelsea last season.

His move to Portman Road should be finalised today with a three-year deal and the option of a further 12 months.
