The popular Aussie held off the attentions of Oliver Allen in heat 19, to seal victory on 14 points, with Allen finishing third (12pts) and Sam Masters, of Somerset, second (13pts).
No Ipswich rider made a big impression on the meeting, with Taylor Poole the best-placed Witch, netting nine points from four rides, after falling in his first race.
Tonight the Witches travel to Scunthorpe in the second leg of the KO Cup, first round. Ipswich lead the tie by 20 points.
