The Blues emerged with a 2-1 victory on their last visit to Craven Cottage, thanks to a brace from Daryl Murphy.
The Irish striker put his head in where it hurts to open the scoring, before out-foxing the Fulham defence and keeper Marcus Bettinelli to curl home his second at the far post.
Ross McCormack grabbed one back, but the Blues hung on for the three points.
