The 28-year-old has agreed a new deal with the club that will keep him at Portman Road until 2009, with the possibility of extending his contract for a further year.
Lee has been the subject of constant transfer speculation in recent weeks, with Hull City having two bids turned down for last season's 17-goal leading scorer.
