After a scintillating start, Leiston fell to their fifth defeat of the season, 4-1 at Billericay Town, in Ryman League Division One North on Tuesday.

A fantastic burst of pace saw Joe Francis leave the home defence trailing allowing Ryan Crisp a simple tap in to give the Blues the lead.

The home side levelled when Dunne headed home after a period of sustained pressure. After Ryan Crisp spurned a great chance with an open goal at his mercy Luke gave the hosts the lead.

Halle stroked home the penalty to make it three and Dunne sent a looping header over Street to make it 4-1.
