The full draw is as follows: Croydon Athletic v Lowestoft Town, Concord Rangers/Billericay Town or Sittingbourne v Wealdstone, Fleet Town v Leatherhead, Aveley v Canvey Island.

The final will be played on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
