Carlton Park achieved their target of 100 goals for the season with this 7-0 romp.
In the first half Park dominated the play but found it difficult to break down the Lowestoft defence. Some excellent saves by the Lowestoft keeper kept the hosts well in the game a goal mouth scramble was pushed over the line by Carlton's Vicky Le Fanu.
Park finished the half only one goal up and knew that they had to move the ball around more to make the Lowestoft players chase the game in order to reach their target of six for the match. This they managed to do and soon the lead was doubled when some good running by Tracy Abraham saw her slip the ball to Denise Manning who slotted home.
Vicky Le Fanu added her second when she drove forward and finished with some fancy stick work. The fourth goal came from a penalty corner which was cleared to Denise Manning whose shot beat the keeper. Sarah Whatling added her name to the score sheet when she latched on to a miss-cleared ball. Vicky Le Fanu scored the 100th goal and sealed her hat-trick by slotting the ball under the advancing keeper.
The final goal came from a penalty corner when, after numerous shots on goal, Vicky Le Fanu positioned on the post flicked the ball over the keeper for her fourth.
