LOWESTOFT & Yarmouth Rugby Club suffered EDF Energy Junior Vase heartache on Saturday with a 26-19 loss down in Cornwall.
The Suffolk-based club - who currently top the Eastern Counties One table - had won five matches in the national knock-out competition to book themselves a place in the semi-final stages against Liskeard-Looe.
However, their Cornish hosts proved one step too far and it will be them that go on to play Brighton in a showpiece final at Twickenham and not Matt Jary's side.
