For Lowestoft, Russell Stock (2), Gary McGee and Richard Woodrow got the goals to see off Bideford, while Tommy Smith equalised for Needham in extra-time, after they had gone a goal down to Chalfont.
Also in the semi-final draw are Glossop North End who beat Marske 3-1 and Whitley Bay, who beat Biggleswade 5-1.
