Eastbourne have objected to the first date of June 29 as they have a home clash with Belle Vue.
Chris Van Straaten, British Speedway vice chairman, said: “We can understand Eastbourne's objection. The new date is the day after the Swedish Grand Prix and the field should be up to strength.”
