VETERAN striker Kevin Phillips, who was linked with a move to Ipswich Town, has signed for Birmingham on a free transfer.
The prolific hitman, a former England international, joins the midlands outfit from local rivals West Brom after scoring 46 times in 81 games for the Baggies.
The 34-year-old has signed a two-year deal at St Andrews.
