Sleaford Town, one of the teams expelled from the FA Cup, after an incident in their First Round Qualifying game against Huntingdon, are appealing the decision.
The Lincolnshire side were leading 2-1 with three minutes to go when the game was abandoned last month.
As a result, AFC Sudbury, who were waiting to face the winners of the tie, have been given a bye into the Third Qualifying Round.
A statement on Sleaford’s website said: “The club believes the referees’ reports support its position that it in no way instigated the events that unfolded during the first round tie against Huntingdon Town FC on September 14, 2013. As a consequence, the club considers the punishment to expel it from the Cup as unduly harsh.”
