Needham, who defeated Ridgeons League leaders CRC 2-1 in Saturday's Third Round Proper, will have home advantage at their Bloomfields ground.
Wroxham, the only other remaining Ridgeons League side, will be away to Armthorpe Welfare, who currently sit fourth in the Northern Counties East League, while former Ridgeons side Tiptree United have been drawn at home to St Ives Town, who defeated Ely City on Saturday.
All ties are scheduled for Saturday, January 16.
