Reflecting with spectators it is difficult to see where this level of football will be in a few years time, fuel costs will be too much to go as far as Yarmouth and Fakenham, officials (£101 on a Saturday) will be the same scenario and with club houses vacant well before six no money generated for anything.
The reserves continued to over achieve and secured an excellent 0-0 at Witham. Tuesday saw the visit of our old friends from Walsham in the Harwich Charity Cup and both sides had mix and match line ups, we lost narrowly 1-0. Although I must be honest I didn't feel our mix was quite right with the personnel available.
Whilst we wind the season down there should be some positive news of some changes at the club sooner rather then later, I will be taking on the Dennis Wise role, that includes marking the pitch and putting the nets up!
