Suffolk restricted the visitors to 179 for six in 45 overs, with Graham Denny taking three for 38. Openers Neil Hames (80) and Chris Heron (50) put on 90 in return as Suffolk secured the eight-wicket win with four overs to spare.

Suffolk have now won four, lost one and had one match cancelled in Group Two. They play their last match against Bedfordshire at Flitwick today.
