HOLDERS Whitton United will travel to lower-league Leiston St Margaret’s in the second round of the LB Group Suffolk Senior Cup.
Thurlow Nunn League Division One side Whitton, who have won the cup for the past two seasons, will face their Touchline SIL opponents on Saturday, November 17.
Tonight’s draw handed last season’s runners-up Long Melford of the Thurlow Nunn League First Division a visit to SIL side Achilles and Wickham Market, who caused the upset of the round thanks to a 3-2 win over Debenham LC last Saturday, will entertain fellow SIL side Leiston St Margaret’s.
Full second-round draw: Beccles Town v Ipswich Athletic, Ipswich Wanderers v Melton St Audry’s, Achilles v Long Melford, Newmarket Town v Felixstowe Utd, Corton v Stowmarket Town or Team Bury, Ipswich Valley Rangers v Wickham Market, Leiston St Margaret’s v Whitton Utd, Crane Sports v Haughley Utd.
