Terry Butcher and George Burley will be the guests at the Ipswich Town Supporters’ Club’s next ‘Legends on the Town’ event.
The former Blues heroes will be at the Dove Street Inn, 76 St Helens Street, Ipswich on Friday, December 9 at 7.30pm.
Burley and Butcher have some great stories to tell including the FA Cup win in 1978, the UEFA Cup victory in 1981, their respective international careers with Scotland and England, as well as Burley’s successful time as manager at Town.
The evening, which is in aid of the ITFC Academy, will include a raffle and auction. Tickets are £5 and can be reserved by e-mailing: officialitsc@btinternet.com.
