COLCHESTER United have this afternoon completed the signing of striker
Joel Thomas from Hamilton Academical. The Frenchman passed a medical
yesterday and could feature against Aston Villa in tonight's
pre-season friendly at the Community Stadium.
Thomas made 28 senior appearances for the Accies last season, although
he was only on target once. He previously had spells of playing in
France and Germany.
