V Festival turns 21 this year, and headliners Justin Bieber and Rihanna are helping it celebrate.

It’s the first time the Sorry star has appeared at the festival. The Diamonds singer returns after a five-year gap for her only UK festival date of the summer.

Other acts include Sia and DJ David Guetta – both UK festival exclusives for V - Bastille, Little Mix, Jess Glynne, John Newman, Faithless, Kaiser Chiefs, BBC Sound of 2015 winners Years and Years, Jake Bugg, Craig David with his TS5 set, Rita Ora, Tinie Tempah, Example and Katy B.

Also appearing are Halsey, Troye Sivan, Travis, James Morrison, Joe Jonas’ DNCE, Foxes, Fleur East, All Saints, Soul II Soul, Lethal Bizzle, DJ EZ, Sigma perform a DJ set, Flight Facilities and Big Sean.

In another V Festival debut, BBC Radio 1 will host the new Summer of Dance stage on Friday night. It will featuring chart-topping dance anthems, the hottest artists and newest releases. Annie Mac will reveal more details, including the line-up, on her show between 7pm–10pm on March 4.

Organisers are also excited to announce The VIP Vamping Lounge. The new camping area, next to the main arena at Hylands Park, includes superior amenities, access to guest facilities and dedicated VIP car parking. There’s also the V Style luxury campsite offering a boutique village of tents, yurts and suites; salon, exclusive café and late-night bar plus access to the VIP area.

V Festival takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, on August 20-21; the full day by day line-up will be announced at 10pm tomorrow, straight after The Brit Awards, on www.vfestival.com.
