ONE of the UK’s top comedians is coming to town to road-test new material.
Michael McIntyre has announced a handful of special gigs, with audiences at the Ipswich Regent among the lucky few to hear some of his newest jokes ahead of his third and biggest UK arena tour which kicks off in August.

McIntyre is well-known for his TV appearances on Live at The Apollo and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and as a former judge on Britain’s Got Talent.
His Live and Laughing and Hello Wembley tours have sold more than two-and-a-half million copies on DVD, and a third DVD of his forthcoming stand-up tour will be available in mid-November.
He won a National Television Award last year for Best Entertainment Show.
The shows at the Ipswich Regent will kick off at 8pm.
