REVELLERS donned their wellies and waterproofs today as rain descended on Latitude festival.
Yesterday’s bone dry terrain rapidly became muddier as the wet weather continued.
Space is at a premium at the indoor venues, such as The Word Arena and the comedy tent.
But festival-goers, if nothing else, are a hardy bunch and most are out enjoying the event.
The wet conditions, which are expected to ease later this evening, have shone a fresh light on fashion at the festival. While most men are happy to march along in their traditional olive green wellies, it is the ladies who seem to be enjoying the chance to show off their colourful, Cath Kidson-esque boots.
