MAGICIAN Paul Daniels failed to pull a rabbit out the hat last night as he was voted off Strictly Come Dancing.
Daniels was voted out of the BBC ballroom dance show after delivering an “infantile” and “wooden” rumba.
He and partner Ola Jordan were awarded a terrible 16 points out of a possible 40 - the lowest score of the night.
The pair lost out to former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams and her partner Brendan Cole, who were the second-lowest ranked duo.
Meanwhile, fan favourite Ann Widdecombe has promised to put on a “spectacular” performance in next week’s show.
After surviving the cut for a second week, Widdecombe was raring to get back on the dancefloor.
“We’ve got something so spectacular that even I’m surprised,” she promised.
Television presenter Matt Baker is the now the 9-4 favourite to win, with Widdecombe at 33-1, according to bookmaker Coral.
