ACTOR Jimi Mistry became Strictly Come Dancing’s latest casualty when he became the fifth celebrity to be voted off.
The judges awarded him 32 out of a possible 40 points for the quickstep, his highest in the competition, but it was not enough for him to stay on the show.
Mistry wiped a tear from his eye as he was given a standing ovation from both the judges and the studio audience.
His elimination leaves nine celebrities in the competition - Viewer favourite Ann Widdecombe, Kara Tointon, Gavin Henson, Matt Baker, Patsy Kensit, Felicity Kendal, Michelle Williams, Scott Maslen and Pamela Stephenson.
The remaining couples will dance next week to either a ballroom or Latin routine they have not yet performed.
