Rising star Little Boots, who was the winner of the BBC New Sounds of 2009, will be headlining the Sunrise Arena on Friday night with her innovative brand of electro pop. Her debut album Hands was released last month and her Latitude performance will follow from a successful show at Glastonbury.

Kap Bambino, an e lectronic musical-duo from France, will perform before Little Boots. Known for Caroline Martial's wild vocals and Orion Bouvier's electronic mixes, they are sure to whip the crowd up into a frenzy.

Headlining on the Saturday night will be Massachusetts electronic band Passion Pit, who formed in late 2007. The group featured in the BBC's Sounds of 2009 list of up-and-coming-acts and are sure to create a party atmosphere at this intimate stage.

Revellers can also be expected to dance to !!! on Sunday night. The bands formed in California in 1996 and are acclaimed to be one of the most awe-inspiring live acts around. In 2006 they supported the Red Hot Chilli Peppers on their tour of the UK.

Another band to look out for includes South African acoustic folk outfit Dear Reader, whose debut album Replace Why with Funny was released in May.

Headlining The Lake Stage on Friday night is north London trio Golden Silvers, while on Saturday night Bombay Bicycle Club, who won the Road to V competition in Channel 4 in 2006 and have been steadily building an army of fans ever since. Sheffield folk-pop duo Slow Club will round the festival off on Sunday night.

Also performing on The Lake Stage on Saturday is Suffolk's own The Cheek - formerly Cheeky Cheeky and the Nosebleeds. The indie-pop band have supported the likes of Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong and The Wombats. It follows a successful debut at Latitude last year.
