A Suffolk stately home put on its longest ever fireworks display tonight in front of record crows with support from pop-rockers Toploader and a choreographed drum troupe.
Visitors to Heveningham Hall, near Halesworth, saw performances from the Dancing in the Moonlight band and LED Drummers, as well as a huge bonfire, and fireworks by FEFX.
A spokesman for the event said: “A huge thank you to all our visitors who turned out in record numbers for this year’s event which saw live music and entertainment from the likes of Toploader and the LED Drummers plus our longest ever fireworks display, huge bonfire and funfair plus lots of tasty local foods.
“We are also extremely grateful to our volunteers who work so hard each year to stage the event which sees all proceeds raised going to local charities.”
Other attractions on the night included a traditional funfair, including dodgem cars, a large bar and food including fish and chips, hog roast and barbecue.
