The full length trailer for the latest instalment in the Jurassic World blockbuster franchise, which was rumoured to have been filming in Suffolk earlier this year, went live last night.
The new footage from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was viewed millions of times across the world in just a few hours, in what has been billed as one of the most hotly anticipated trailers of all time.
Director JA Bayona said the film features more dinosaurs than ever before while honouring the suspense and scares of the original Jurassic Park.
Filming on the fifth instalment in the franchise took place at locations including Hawaii and the UK, drawing to a close in July.
The specific UK locations chosen for filming remained a closely guarded secret – however there were strong rumours that crew had hired Rock Barracks in Woodbridge to film scenes involving a large plane in May this year.
A spokesman for the military base confirmed at the time that “filming activities” were happening on site, but was unable to divulge details.

An anonymous source said the filming was for Jurassic World 2, the follow-up to 2015’s Hollywood smash hit starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
Around that time, Jerry Hockett photographed a Russian aircraft, the Ilyushin Il-76, from his Melton garden.
Suffolk has been promoting itself as a top location for filming, in a bid to claim a slice of the multibillion pound market.

The county has featured in recent productions including The Child in Time, which included scenes shot in Shingle Street, and Detectorists, which is filmed around Framlingham.
In October, planners gave the go ahead for Bentwaters Parks, a former USAF base in Rendlesham, to be developed into a new film studio.
Last year, councils launched Screen Suffolk, the county’s official film office, offering a “one-stop” service promoting the various creative talents and unique locations to make it the UK’s “most film-friendly county”.
The Fallen Kingdom trailer shows Pratt back as Grady and reunited with velociraptor Blue, the dinosaur he raised and trained.
It reveals Grady has split up from Claire Dearing, played by Bryce Dallas Howard, but is convinced by her to return to Jurassic World to save the dinosaurs, which are under threat from an imminent volcano eruption.
The trailer also shows the return of the tyrannosaurus rex, which kills another dinosaur by biting it in the neck.
It marks the return of Jeff Goldblum as Ian Malcolm, his role in the original Jurassic Park film, who can be seen warning that the dinosaurs may outlive humanity.
As the volcano begins to erupt, Pratt and Howard can be seen running for their lives, followed by hundreds of dinosaurs.
Director JA Bayona has promised the sequel will contain more dinosaurs than ever before.
Fans expressed their excitement on Twitter, with one writing: “Can’t get over this #FallenKingdom trailer. Hurry up June!”
Another said: “Oh my! How bloody good does this look. I wanna see it right now!”
Another enthusiast said the footage had trumped even the new Star Wars film for excitement.
“I officially don’t care about The Last Jedi at this point. It’s all about #FallenKingdom.”
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is released in UK cinemas on June 7 2018.
