England’s Under-21 squad trained at Colchester United’s Weston Homes Community Stadium this morning ahead of their crunch European Championship qualifier against Lithuania tomorrow.
Stuart Pearce’s side must win their final qualifying match in Essex (4pm kick-off) and hope their goal difference is enough for them to be one of qualifying’s best group runner-ups in order to go through to a play-off.
To read about the squad’s time in Essex and Pearce’s thoughts on the game, see tomorrow’s Evening Star and EADT.
