An "upsetting" video has captured the moment a woman kicks a dog in a Suffolk street.
The incident took place at about 5.30pm on Wednesday in a housing estate in Beck Row, near Mildenhall.
In the footage, a woman can be seen kicking the dog, which is on an extendable lead.
The woman is confronted by a resident before walking off.
A spokeswoman for the RSPCA said: "This footage is upsetting.
"We would urge anyone with first hand information about this incident to contact us on 0300 123 4999 or the police.”
The incident comes after a man was arrested for allegedly kicking a dog in Stowmarket earlier this month.
