A flat used to film award-winning TV comedy Detectorists has gone up for sale in a Suffolk town.

The flat, which was depicted as Toby Jones' character's Lance Stater's home in the BBC comedy, is on the market.

The flat is situated in Double Street in Framlingham and is up for sale for £225,000 by Framlingham estate agent, Huntingfield Estates.

Featuring in the BAFTA award-winning series, the flat features views over rooftops in Framlingham to the church.

In the show, the flat is owned by one of the main characters, Lance, portrayed by Jones, who also starred in the Harry Potter film series as Dobby.

Framlingham was used to film many scenes of Detectorists, but it is depicted as a fictional north Essex village called Danebury.

The flat was last seen on screen during the Christmas special that aired in 2022.

Since ceasing filming, various items have gone on sale from the TV show, including the TR7, driven by Lance, which sold for more than £30,000, and props such as torches and a sword sheath.
