A driver has been stopped speeding at 103mph on the A12 in Suffolk. 

The Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team (NSRAPT) stopped a young male driver on the A12 near Wickham Market. 

The car was being driven at 103mph and had a balding tyre.

The driver was within his first two years of driving and might have to retake his test following the offence, according to the tweet by the NSRAPT.
