The Environment Agency is advising those living in Suffolk to be prepared as three flood alerts have been issued along the coast and for rivers. 

The first warning is for the Felixstowe including the Orwell and Stour estuaries with warnings that minor flooding to coastal roads and footpaths may occur this evening due to high tides. 

Pin Mill and The Strand under the Orwell Bridge may be flooded.

Tide levels may be high around the boat year in Felixstowe Ferry hamlet and along riverside areas in Woodbridge and Waldringfield.

East Anglian Daily Times: A flood alert has been issued for Southwold and ReydonA flood alert has been issued for Southwold and Reydon (Image: Environment Agency)The third flood alert is in place for the Suffolk coast at Southwold, with high tides expected at the harbourside in Southwold.

Strong winds and spring tides may cause large waves and spray overtopping on the coast. 

People living in these areas are advised to take care on coastal roads and footpaths and to not put yourself in unnecessary danger.
