Drivers around the county are being warned to avoid several roads as cars, vans and lorries are getting trapped in flood water.

Wickham Road from Finningham to Wickham Skeith in north Suffolk is blocked by flood water, a car and a lorry on Friday.

The flood water is so deep that both the trapped vehicles have water over their wheels, with the lorry leaning dangerously to the side.

Cars are being abandoned by drivers around the county as more are attempting to drive through deep water.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has said crews will not be pulling trapped cars from flood water, only rescuing those trapped inside.

Water as deep as 60cm is enough to float a car.
