A bakery and farm in the Suffolk countryside has announced the theme and dates for its supper club events this summer. 

Acre Bakery and Farm opened near Woodbridge in October 2022 and specialises in making sourdough using grains grown on the farm. 

The micro-bakery recently featured in Rick Stein's Food Stories on BBC Two.

Owners Alexander and Emily Aitchison have now announced plans for Italian inspired supper club events this summer.

A statement on social media reads: "We are very excited to launch our summer supper club dates.

"The theme of our summer series this year will be a Tuscan feast. The menu will feature sharing plates and you will be served an Italian cocktail. 

"The meal will take place al fresco in our wildflower meadow overlooking our newly planted vineyard."

The supper club will take place on Saturday, July 13 and the lunch club will take place on Sunday, July 14.
