B Chocolates – Dark Chocolate Honey and Sea Salt Caramels

Smooth, deeply butterscotchy caramel infused with honey from their own or local hives, enrobed in dark, decadent chocolate. Yes please! The box is very pretty too.

Pump Street – Sourdough and Sea Salt Chocolate

One of the only bean to bar chocolate producers in the UK – right here in Suffolk in the lovely village of Orford. The chocolatiers are picky in their choice of beans and work with small scale producers,choosing only the best.This gorgeous bar, made with dark Venezuelan chocolate and toasted malty crumbs of the bakery’s own sourdough bread is balanced by the addition of a hit of salt. It is totally addictive.

Artistry in Cocoa – Real Ale Truffles

No, you’re not dreaming. These are real ale truffles. What could be a more apt Valentine’s gift for a beer connoisseur? Made in Newmarket and sold alongside a whole host of other very good things, these dreamy truffles are infused with good old Suffolk ale, from Abbot’s Reserve to IPA, Old Crafty Hen and Suffolk Springer. Eating them alongside a pint is optional!

Cocoa Mama - Box of handmade truffles

The genius behind the fresh cream, single origin chocolate goodies of Cocoa Mama is former motoring journalist and Top Gear presenter Helen Fraser. Sold online and at her chocolaterie in Eye, a selection box of chocolates could include Caramel Cream (soft dulce de leche caramel in milk chocolate), Girls Night In (red wine ganache in milk chocolate with a dark chocolate love heart) and Raspberry Breeze (dark chocolate blended with fresh raspberry puree covered in white chocolate).

Gourmet fudge made in Suffolk using British milk, butter and sugar with diabetic options available. Try the strawberries and cream flavour this Valentine’s Day – just because they’re pink. Or go for smooth Belgian white or dark chocolate.
