Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna has provided an injury update on Leif Davis ahead of tomorrow's League One home clash with Accrington Stanley.

Left-back Davis, who has provided nine assists this season, limped off in the latter stages of Saturday's 4-0 win against Burton at Portman Road.

Speaking this afternoon, McKenna said: "We have a few knocks from the game, which is normal.

"Leif is obviously one of those and he's still a little bit sore. We have got a few others in that same sort of boat.

"But we still have a good amount of time before the game."

Top-two chasing Town will be looking for a fourth straight win against bottom-half opposition.

McKenna has said he expects relegation-fighting Stanley to prove stubborn opposition.

"A smaller group trained today and the rest are still recovering. We'll make sure everybody is ready for tomorrow night.

"It's about finding the balance between keeping a level of consistency and rhythm and momentum, and freshening up in some key positions to make sure everyone stays fit and healthy and are ready to perform."
