A dessert shop that sells delicious sweet treats has announced plans to relocate to a prominent town centre location.

Ben Hutton opened Crumbs in Bury St Edmunds' Lower Baxter Street in November 2022, after months on the lookout to open a new shop.

Just over a year on after their launch, Mr Hutton, who also runs Queen's Bar and Grill in Churchgate Street, has revealed the shop will be moving to a more prominent town centre location.

In a post on social media, he announced it would be relocating to the former SupaSnaps store in The Traverse, which was also home to Auntie's Pam sweet shop until earlier this year.

"I’m going to try and make the refurb snappy, and we look forward to bringing you some supa tasty treats in our new location soon," he said.

"New location for Crumbs will also mean some new products and our cookies will be baked on site so you’ll get that warm fresh gooey chocolatey smell when you come in."
